J\u00fcra<\/strong> is set to play live on the WTF Clubbing<\/strong> stage of NOS Alive’24<\/strong>, on July 12<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. One of the promises of Portuguese music performs on the same day as the following acts: Dua Lipa, Tyla, Aurora, Floating Points, Gloria Groove, Larkin Poe, Michael Kiwanuka, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, T-Rex, The Heavy and Tourist.<\/p>\n

J\u00fcra is already one of the most exciting acts of portuguese urban music, having embarked on her journey in 2019 inspired by the highs and lows of life, relationships, love, and the search for the beauty within sadness, because it is in music that she finds the translation of the emotion, pain, and love she feels.<\/p>\n

The unique image and sound that live between Pop, R&B, and Hip Hop have distinguished her from the beginning, first with the two singles “\u00c9s o Amor” and “somozumn\u00e3odois,” and then with the debut EP, “J\u00fcradamor.” She won over the audience, the first million streams, critics, major national radios, and the single “diz-me” reached the Top 20 in airplay in Portugal and the Top Shazam Portugal.<\/p>\n

All of this, along with a growing fan base that filled the Time Out Studio at her first solo concert and took her to the stages of the major festivals in Portugal.<\/p>\n

2023 begins with J\u00fcra as the first MTV Push artist of the year, performing for the first time on her own at the Capit\u00f3lio in Lisbon, with a sold-out show and critical acclaim. This creative vein has not stopped bubbling, and she brings a trilogy, exploring urban sounds, placing her as one of the top 5 Portuguese artists with the most airplay on radios in Portugal. In the last quarter of this year, she surprises with the release of the EP r\u00e9s.tu<\/strong><\/em><\/a> and announces the first single “avidad\u00e1” from her debut LP, “sortaminha,” scheduled for release in the Spring of 2024.<\/p>\n

It’s a new phase in the artist and composer’s career and life: “if until now music was a place that welcomed my laments, this album is a celebration of love, reciprocity, and my identity. It’s a happy album, very happy, as you can already hear and feel in this new song,” says J\u00fcra.<\/p>\n

“tudoparachegarati” is the second advance track from the new studio work born out of an artistic residency in Sesimbra. J\u00fcra brought together the producers and musicians she has been working with to create without restrictions and compose what will be the artist’s first LP.<\/p>\n
